COLD CREEK PRODUCTIONS STUDIO

Shoot at one of Houston's most-booked private studios built and run by a working filmmaker and photographer who knows exactly what a production needs.

Located in Pearland, just south of Houston, the space is fully air-conditioned and gives you two dedicated 20x20 rooms:

​

A bright, all-white cyc room and a dramatic all-black room both now with free, easy-to-use lighting included.

​

Everything else is handled too: a lounge area with a hair and makeup vanity, a private dressing area, and a restroom (also air-conditioned) just outside the studio. Plus a gated, private parking lot for up to 12 cars.

Whether it's photo, video, or content, you've got a clean, professional space and someone who actually gets it.

Studio rental rates:

$55 an hour during the week and $60 an hour on the weekends.

Full day and weekend rates negotiable through Peerspace.​

EQUIPMENT RENTALS:

We also have video and photo gear available for rental to use on your shoot here at the studio as an add-on. We also have our equipment listed on Sharegrid.com so you can use at your own production on-location. Please contact us to receive the rental link.
